THE PROCESS

Before we get into all the fun stuff, you will be sent a contract to sign and an invoice for 50% deposit. Once payment is received, you will officially be added to the calendar!

To kick off our collaboration, I'll provide you with a web design questionnaire. This form will guide me in understanding your specific website requirements. Once you've returned the questionnaire, I'll invite you to a dedicated client portal. Here, we can efficiently gather all the necessary assets, including images, brand elements, and copy essential for your website.

We'll review your web design questionnaire, brainstorm your brand essence, and your next step is to upload your brand assets to the client portal. 

Mood board creation

Next, we will craft mood boards defining your website's visual direction. This visual guide aligns seamlessly with your brand's personality.

Layout Design

After selecting a concept, we dive into custom design, crafting a visual direction with typography, color palette, and imagery. Upon approval, we move forward with creating the website layout.

check ins

After completing the homepage website layout, I'll present it to you for approval or revisions via video call, phone call, or email,. Once approved, I will design the layout for the rest of the website.

Building the Website

After the layout has been approved, I will build out the actual website in Showit. This process is streamlined and won't require as many check ins. 

Final touches & payment

After approval, your brand package will be accessible in a shared Google Drive folder. Editable social media templates via Canva will be provided. Once you confirm access, a second invoice for the remaining 50% will be sent.
